Summary

Hi Students,

This announcement is just to reiterate/clarify a few points about the final paper assignment:

• Don’t forget to articulate a clear question – this will guide you and make your paper more manageable.
• Feel free to use images, graphics etc. as necessary for your paper.
• While I didn’t list a word count, I did note formatting requirements that will give you a sense of who much writing I am looking for (images don’t count for words-space)
• For undergrads, the grad readings can count as an outside source.
• You can use personal experience and/or interviews (that you conduct) to count as one outside source.
• If you find an outside, scholarly, source that you would like to use in lieu of one of the course materials – that’s OK
• You can turn in a draft by Nov 30th for a high-level review
• I’ll post some sources on the site’s Research Resources tab that may be helpful.
